Delete account and data

How to request deletion

1. Sign in to FN TCG Collector Companion with the same account used in the Android app.
2. Open Delete account or go to Preferences and choose Delete account.
3. Review the warning, type the confirmation word, and submit the request.
4. If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the account email where possible and include the login provider used, such as Google, Discord, Twitch, or email/password.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal account data and associated app data where possible, including email, public display name, avatar, linked login identifiers, sessions, collection, wanted list, sell list, marketplace listings, preferences, verification/reset tokens, public binders, cosmetics, and notification settings.

Newsletter subscription data is removed and email delivery history is anonymized during account deletion.

Data that may be retained

Some minimal records may be kept only when needed for security, anti-fraud, abuse prevention, audit, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Public catalogue contributions, card/set corrections, and operational logs may be retained without direct account identifiers when needed to keep the service working.

Delete selected data

Users may request deletion of selected data without deleting the whole account, such as collection entries, lists, marketplace listings, public profile details, or notification preferences.

Send the request to [email protected] and describe the data to remove. Some data can also be edited or removed directly in the app before account deletion.
